摘要 尿酸是人体内嘌呤代谢的终产物,目前认为血尿酸与冠心病的发生发展及转归密切相关。现就血尿酸与冠心病关系的研究进展作一综述。 Serum uric acid is the important outcome of purine metabolize. Recent reports show that serum uric acid plays an important role in the occurrence and development of coronary heart disease. This review includes some progresses about relationship between serum uric acid and coronary heart disease.
