越来越多的证据显示,他汀类药物除具有降脂作用外,尚具有独立于降脂作用外的多向性效应,包括抑制平滑肌细胞增殖和新生内膜增生、抑制血小板聚集、抗炎作用及改善内皮功能。近来研究证明,他汀类降脂药物可明显降低经皮冠状动脉介入术后患者不良心脏事件的发生率。他汀类药物早期应用联合经皮冠状动脉介入术可能成为冠心病患者的重要治疗方案。

A growing body of evidence demonstrates that statins possess pleiotropic effects in addition to lipid-lowering capacity,inclu- ding inhibition of smooth muscle cell proliferation and subsequently neointimal proliferation,platelet aggregation as well as anti-inflammatory and direct beneficial effects on endothelial function. Recent trials indicate that statins can reduce cardiac events rates following pereutaneous coronary intervention. Early administration of statins incombination with percutaneous coronary intervention may develop significantly important management of coronary heart disease.
