鼻窦CT冠状位扫描对鼻内镜手术的价值

The valuation of paranasal sinus coronul CT scanning in endoscopy sinus surgery

目的探讨鼻窦CT冠状位扫描对鼻内镜手术的价值。方法将120例鼻腔、鼻窦疾病患者CT冠状位扫描所见与鼻内镜手术结果进行对比分析。结果鼻窦CT冠状位扫描与临床诊断符合率99.1%。结论通过影像学检查指导鼻内镜手术有助于帮助识别鼻腔、鼻窦的各种解剖变异,对于手术并发症的预防和难易程度的估计起着积极的作用。

Objective To study valuation of paranasal sinus coronul CT scanning in endoscopy sinus surgery. Methods we applied coronul CT scanning of paranasal sinus to 120 patients with chronic sinusitis before they were performed endoscopy sinus surgery. Results The correct diagnostic rate was 99.1% in our study. Conclusion The positive finding of CT were compared with that from normal person. By analyzing, we consider that coronul CT scanning can clearly reveal various anatomic variation for all sinuses, also it is valuable in evaluating the difficulties of endoscopy sinus surgery and preventing dangerous operative complications.
