摘要 目的测定了蝗虫体内总黄酮的含量,为进一步开发利用动物黄酮资源提供科学依据。方法正交设计优选蝗虫体内总黄酮的提取条件,用芦丁作对照品,硝酸铝作显色剂,测定波长496nm,比色法测定了8种蝗虫体内的总黄酮含量。结果优选提取条件是:90%甲醇,65℃,料液比1:30,提取2h,其中中华稻蝗的含量高达20.15mg/g(干物质)。结论优选提取方法效率高,含量测定方法操作简便,准确,稳定性好。 Objective To provide scientific basis for further developing and using flavonoids resources existing in animals. Methods The content of total flavonoids extracted from 8 locust species by orthogonal method was measured by colorimetry at 496 nm, using rutin as reference substance and aluminum nitrate as chromogenic agent. Results The optimum extraction condition was built for dosage liquor (1 :30 w/v) and extracting with 90% methanol at 65 ℃ for 2 h. The content of dry flavonoids from Chinese grasshopper is up to 20.15mg/g. Conclusion The optimum extraction method is efficient and the assaying method of total flavonoids is simple, steady and reproducible.
