摘要
目的:测定金莲花中多糖的含量。方法:硫酸-蒽酮比色法于波长624nm处测定吸收度。结果:河北及山西金莲花中多糖含量分别为1.4%和1.5%(n=6);平均加样回收率为100.29%,RSD为1.19%。结论:硫酸-蒽酮法测定金莲花多糖,方法操作简便,准确,稳定性好。
OBJECTIVE To determine the contents of polysaccharide in Flos trollii. METHODS The contents were determined by sulfuric acid-anthrone colorimetric method at 624nm. RESULTS The contents of polysaccharide were 1.4% and 1.5% in Hebei Flos trollii and Shanxi Flos trollii. The average recoveries and RSD were 100.29% and 1.19%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, steady, accurate and reproducible.
