荷正电滤板的吸附分离性能评价 被引量:4

摘要 本文介绍了荷正电滤板的吸附分离性能。实验结果表明,荷电滤板与普通滤板相比,达旦黄吸附容量提高了3倍,达到2.9 mg/cm3;荷电滤板吸附性能对溶液pH值适应范围较宽,pH值在4~10时,pH值不影响其吸附性能;荷电滤板对水中细菌内毒素、大肠杆菌噬菌体f2等有很好吸附作用。荷电滤板的优异吸附分离特性,使其适用于水或水溶液中细菌、细菌内毒素及病毒等物质的分离、提取、回收及浓缩。 The adsorption of positively charge-modified filter plate was introduced in this paper. Its adsorption capacity to Titan Yellow is as high as three times of non-charged plate. The pH value has no effect on the adsorption of the charged plate when the pH value is lower than 10. Endotoxins and coliphage f2 can be removed from water by the plate. The positively charge-modified filter plate can be used for separation, recovery and concentration of bacteria and virus from water or aqueous solutions.
