摘要
以尼龙66和尼龙6交织,通过试验,优化了染整和涂层工艺,其断裂强力、撕破强力、染色牢度、耐水压等性能均优于常规的尼龙牛津布。文中给出了前处理、染色、涂层等工序的工艺条件和注意事项。
The properties of nylon oxford were simply described. The suitable dyeing and coating process for high strength and light nylon oxford was optimized, it featured excellent tensile strength, tearing strength, color fastness as well as hydrostatic pressure. Attentions in pretreatment, dyeing and coating sequences were pointed out.
