摘要
研究7种大孔吸附树脂对苦参碱的吸附能力,其中SP825吸附量最大,静态吸附容量为706.19 mg/g;NKA-9次之,600.77 mg/g;D301R最小,461.48 mg/g。选择了SP825树脂用作提取分离苦参碱。较高的溶液浓度较低的树脂层高度有利于增大树脂的吸附速度,选用对被提取物溶解度大的无水乙醇作洗脱剂,可以加快洗脱速度。
It deals with adsorption capacity of seven macroporous adsorbing resins for matrine. The SP825 resin has the most absorbing rate, hitting 706.19 mg/g, followed by the NKA-9 resin, arriving at 600.77 mg/g, with the D301R resin being the least absorbing, reaching 461.48 mg/g. SP825 resin can be used to extract and separate the matrine.
