摘要利用气相色谱法(Gas Chromatography,GC)作微生物学的鉴定始于1963年Oyama,他首先采用细菌热解产物的色谱法检测环境中存在的生命,作为细菌分类鉴别的基础,从而启发了各国微生物学者。
