On the Legal Promoting System of Agriculture Integration

农业产业化的实践孕育出许多新型的经济关系。政府要理性地运用法律及相关制度创新促进我国农业产业化的发展进程,从农业生产的组织模式、土地使用模式、合同保障模式以及政府农业管理模式等四个方面来构建农业产业化的综合体系,以使我国农业走上一条适合中国国情的可持续发展的产业化道路。

The paper is based on the economics theory of agriculture integration. On the angle of legal analysis, following the idea of system innovation especially legal system, the writer proposes constructing one synthetical system of agriculture integration, that is made of working patterns of farmer, working patterns of rural-land , working patterns of contract and working patterns of governmental rural management. The paper is aimed at how to make our agriculture walking on the road which is suitable for our national conditions and can develop our sustainable agriculture integration.
