多层螺旋CT评价左心室功能在临床中的应用价值 被引量:4

摘要 目的探讨多层螺旋CT评价左心室功能价值的临床应用。方法应用回顾性心电门控多层螺旋CT对12例健康成年志愿者和25例心脏病患者进行检查,对左室容量和室壁厚度进行测量,得出射血分数和室壁增厚率,将多层螺旋CT所得结果与超声心动图进行比较。结果多层螺旋CT与超声心动图所得左心室舒张末期容量(EDV)、收缩末期容量(ESV)、射血分数(EF)、心肌收缩末期厚度(EST)、心肌舒张末期厚度(EDT)及室壁增厚率相关性较好,多层螺旋CT检查所得测量结果普遍小于超声心动图所得结果,但两者相比无显著性差异。结论多层螺旋CT与超声心动图比较,各心功能指标测量准确,相关性比较好,成像时间短,无呼吸运动伪影,是一种临床使用价值很高的技术。 Objective To investigate the value of breathhold MSCT imaging in the evaluation of left ventricular function on the clinical. Methods Twelve healthy volunteers and 25 patients with cardic disease were studied with breathhold and restrospective ECG gating MSCT imaging. Then left Ventricular Volumes and left Ventricular wall thickness were measured. Calculated the EF and incleased ratio of left Ventricular wall, and the measurements were compared with those of echocardiogrphy. Results The measurements of enddiastolic volume (EDV), end-systotic-volumes(ESV) and ejection fraction (EF). The increasd rate of left Ventricular wall during the contracting and diastoling with MSCT technique were closely correlated with those obtained by echocardiography. There was no statistically significant difference among the measurements of the echocardiography. Conclusion MSCT is an useful method for evaluating the left ventricular function because of no-ghosthy airtifacts and short imaging time.
