类水滑石抑制蒙脱土膨胀性能研究 被引量:1

摘要 采用非稳态液相共沉淀法合成了不同元素组成、不同原料配比的类水滑石化合物(HTlc).考察了元素组成、原料配比对类水滑石化合物晶体结构、粒子形貌、粒度分布的影响及样品的抑制蒙脱土膨胀的性能.研究发现类水滑石的抑制性与元素组成及原料配比都有关系,二价金属离子中,Mg2+比Zn2+对抑制性的贡献大,三价金属离子中,Fe3+比Al3+对抑制性的贡献大. The hydrotalcite-like compounds(HTlc) containing Mg^2+ , Al^3+ , Fe^3+ , Zn^2+ respectively were synthesized by nonsteady coprecipitation method. The samples were characterized by element chemical analysis, powder X-ray diffraction, transmission electron microscope and linear swelling test. It was turned out that the inhibition of HTlc was related with both of chemical composition and material ratio. Compared with Al^3+ ,Fe^3+ shows more prominent inhibition of montmorillonite swelling as trivalent metal ion,and Mg^2+ is better than Zn^2+ as bivalent metal ion.
