球形芽孢杆菌和苏云金芽孢杆菌灭蚊毒素研究进展

摘要 球形芽孢杆菌和苏云金芽孢杆菌是目前研究较为深入的杀蚊微生物.球形芽孢杆菌产生二元毒素,苏云金芽孢杆菌产生Cry和Cyt两类杀蚊毒素.新菌株和新毒素的分离,以及毒素之间的相互作用的研究,有助于生物防治危害严重的蚊虫. Bacillus thuringiensis and Bacillus sphaericus are currently used to combat the mosquitoes.Bacillus thuringiensis mosquitocidal toxins belong to tow structurally different groups: the Cry family and the Cyt family. Bacillus sphaericus insecticidal activities come from binary toxin. These approaches isolated new strains and toxic protein genes and found the interaction of toxins,hoped to increase the efficacy of biological mosquitoes control.
