摘要
时基电路是示波器的关键,时间测量的分辨率是示波器的重要技术参数,随着嵌入式系统技术和混沌理论的发展,将混沌理论应用于随机数字宽带示波器中的时间内插电路中,并将时间内插测量电路用嵌入式系统实现.这样既利用混沌原理,测量时间,极大地提高了测量时间的分辨率,获得ps的分辨率,又利用了嵌入系统的优点,简化了电路设计,为示波器电路设计提供了一种新的思路.
Time-base circuit is the key of oscilloscope, and the resolution of time measure is the important technology parameter of oscilloscope. As developing for embedded system and chaotic technology, the chaotic theory is applied to the time interpolation circuit to measure time and to realize it with embedded system that can improve the resolution of the measure time, which not only makes easily to obtain the resolution of 1ps grade, but also simplifies the design of circuit and provides a new idea for the designs of oscilloscope.
