摘要
摩擦系数和接触电阻是检验某些航空旋转密封件(工作在滑动摩擦状态下)质量特性的关键性指标。针对航空测试的高低温(-55^+125℃)环境要求,研究设计了一种新型的航空旋转密封件摩擦系数高精度测试仪。讨论了摩擦系数测试的原理与方法,设计了摩擦系数测试台的基本结构,研究了力传感器的温度补偿及其工程实现步骤,并对测试仪的嵌入式数据采集硬件系统和PC软件测试系统进行了抗干扰设计。大量试验表明,整个测试仪的综合测试准确度优于1%。
Friction coefficient and contact resistance are key parameters to the quality inspections of those aero rotary hermetic parts with sliding frictions. To counter the requirements of high and low temperatures (-55- + 125℃ ) that aviation needs ,a new-fashioned high precision frictionometer for aero rotary hermetic parts is studied and realized. Principles and methods of friction coefficient test are discussed,and a basic structure of the testing platform is designed. Following the research of temperature compensation for force sensors and its practicable approaches,an embedded data acquisition hardware system and a PC software testing system are designed for the instrument with anti-disturbances. A large number of experiments have indicated that the precision of the instrument is better than 1%.
