摘要
循环流化床锅炉是一个分布参数、非线性、时变、多变量耦合对象。很难建立起精确的数学模型,这里通过对循环流化床锅炉燃烧动力学特性、流体力学特性与传热传质特点的分析,忽略次要因素,抓住主导因素,从理论上推导出给煤量—床温控制模型,仿真实验表明,模型能够正确反映出燃料量变化对床温的影响,为实际运行中对燃料量的调整提供理论依据。
For distribution parameter, nonlinear, time-vary and multivariate coupling, circulating fluidized bed boiler (CFBB), the system mathematical model is difficult to be built up. Analyzing kinetic characteristics and hydrodynamic characteristics base on dominant factors effecting CFBB bed temperature, the coal-bed temperature model is established, and the CFBB heat transfer and mass transfer characteristics are considered. The results of simulation show that the model can reflect bed temperature changes after fuel feed rate disturbance occur.
