小陇山林业实验局龙门林场森林资源资产评估方法初步研究

Preliminary Study on Evaluation Method of Forest Resource Assets in Longmen Farm of Xiaolongshan

以甘肃省小陇山林业实验局龙门林场为对象,利用该场2002年森林档案更新资料,结合1994年二类调查成果材料,运用重置成本法、收获现值法、市场价倒算法、林地期望价法等方法,对该场范围内产权关系明确、能够实施有效控制的森林资源资产进行了评估,试图探索出适合该场森林资源资产评估的方法,为全局乃至全省天然次生林区森林资源资产评估,考察森林资源实物量和价值量的动态变化奠定基础。

Taking Longmen Farm of Xiaolongshan in Gansu province as study object, utilizing its updated forest archives materials of 2002, and combining the second class investigated materials of 1994, have been made evaluation on forest resource assets with specific property right and available effective control in this Farm by using the method of permuting cost, harvest cash, inverse calculation of market price and expectation price of forest land, etc., which will establish some foundation for evaluating forest resource assets and surveying the dynamic variation of object amount and value araount in this Farm and even for that of the whole Gansu province.
