摘要
采用光暗交替(8 h/16 h)、全光照、全黑暗及70.85,100℃热水浸种处理合欢硬实种子,结合扫描电镜 观察,探讨合欢硬实种子萌发特性及其与种皮微形态特征的关系。结果表明,合欢种皮对种子的吸胀作用具 有明显的机械障碍作用;交替光照和70℃热水浸泡处理效果最好,发芽率达48.9%;合欢种子硬实现象可能 与种皮无裂隙有关。
Some seeds of the Albizia julibrissin Durazz were treated by illumination/darkness(8 h/16 h), full illumination, full darkness respectively; and simultaneously soaked in hot water under respective temperatures of 70,85,100℃( linking with observation under SEM) to explore their hardiness and bourgeoning characteristics, and their relation between its testa micro-morphology. We sought to provide theoretical basis for the scale production of the Albizia julibrissin Durazz seedlings. The resuits showed that the testa have obvious mechanical obstacle functions to the seed imbibitions and the best results were obtained in trial when the illumination conditions were at illumination/darkness(8 h /16 h) and the hard-seeds were soaked in hot water under 70℃, and the germination percentage were recorded at 48.9 %. The hardiness of the seeds possibly relates to whether or not there is a crack in its testa.
