摘要
对项目管理理论中的采购管理的均衡优化问题进行了研究。根据项目管理JIT(Just-in-time)采购过程 中的博弈机理,利用博弈论建立了项目管理JIT采购均衡优化模型,并进行了应用分析。项目管理JIT采购 均衡优化保证了采购买卖双方的双赢。
JIT procurement equilibrium in Project Management is studied in this paper. According to the process and methodology of interaction between the buyer and supplier in Procurement, PM JIT Procurement Equilibrium Mathematics Models are set up with Game Theory and the application analysis of the model is performed. PM JIT Procurement Equilibrium and Optimization make it certain that it is beneficial for both the buyer and the supplier.
