摘要
运用测量、统计、比较、问卷调查等方法,对河北科技师范学院2001级26名具有“溜肩”不良形体的学 生进行了形体健康课的教学实验。通过1年的教学,有效地矫正了学生“溜肩”的不良形体,并使其心理得到 了良好的改善,培养了高校学生自我锻炼习惯,为终身体育意识的形成打下了坚实的基础。
The teaching experiment was conducted on 26 students with the “slanting shoulder” condition in Grade 2001 at Hebei Normal University of Science & Technology by means of measurement, statistical analysis, comparison and questionnaire. With one year's teaching practice in body health classes, we corrected students' “slanting shoulder” condition, improved studentsr psychological health, cultivated studentsr exercise habits and established a solid foundation for students’ life-long physical education.
