The New Development of Techniques of Pesticide Residues Analysis (Summary)

从样品提取技术及分析检测技术两方面介绍了目前国内外流行的农药残留分析检测技术。在农药残 留分析样品提取技术中主要介绍了加速溶剂提取法、超临界流体萃取、微波加热提取法、固相微萃取法。在农 药残留分析技术中主要论述了超临界流体色谱技术、气相色谱／质谱联用技术、液相色谱／质谱联用技术、直接 光谱分析技术、毛细管区带电泳技术等。

The present analysis of pesticide residues was surveyed in two respects, the analytical techniques for the extraction and the determination of pesticide residues. Techniques of the extraction were introduced, which included accelerated solvent extraction（ASE）, supercritical fluid extraction （SFE）, microwave assisted extraction（MAE）, and solid-phase micro-extraction（SPME）. The techniques of determination was reviewed from supercritical fluid chromatography, gas chromatography/ mass spectrometry, high performance liquid chromatography/mass spectrometry, and capillary zone electrophoresis（CZE）.
