抗氧剂对菜籽油氧化安定性影响的试验研究

摘要 氧化安定性是汽轮机油的重要特性.以菜籽油为基础油,以32#L-TSA汽轮机油为参比油,进行可生物降解汽轮机油氧化安定性研究.通过主抗氧剂T501的单剂试验和协同抗氧剂T551与T501的复配试验及性能的测定和比较,发现抗氧剂T501和T551对菜籽油氧化安定性有重大影响,其结果对其进一步的改性研究具有一定的指导意义. The researches on oxidation stability of biodegradable turbine lubricant are carried out using rapeseed oil as baseoil and # 32 L-TSA turbine lubricant as reference oil. Through lots of oxidation stability tests and measurement and comparison of performance, it is found that the antioxidants T501 and T551 have great effect on oxidation stability of rapeseed oil. The results of tests have definite instructive significance for further modification research.
