摘要
结合现代防空作战的特点和指挥自动化系统的工作过程,对影响目标威胁判断的各种因素进 行了分析,并讨论了常用威胁判断方法的缺点和不足,提出了采用基于离差最大化的组合赋权法来确定 各属性的权重,而后用TOPSIS法对来袭目标进行排序,并通过实例介绍了威胁判断的求解过程。结果 表明,该法能够有效地解决目标威胁判断问题,有助于指挥员进行目标分配,提高了防空武器系统性能。
In light of the features of modern air defense and the operation process of command automation system, factors affecting target threat judgment are analyzed and the defeat and shortage of general ways for threat judgment are discussed. A new combination weighting method based on maximizing deviations principle is introduced to determine weight coefficients. TOPSIS method is then used to order for the approaching targets. The process of solution is given by instantiation. Test results indicate that this method can efficiently solve the problem of target threat judgment and help commanders to allocate targets and improve the efficiency of air defense combat.
