摘要
以性能优良的大肠杆菌作为敏感材料,采用夹层膜法制作固定化微生物膜,与氧电极组装制成 BOD微生物传感器。用该传感器测定BOD,在温度30℃,pH7.2条件下,在0~100mg/L范围内对GGA 标准溶液的线性关系良好,其相关系数r=0.996;响应时间在11min内;对BOD浓度为15、30、60mg/L的 GGA溶液进行多次连续反复测定,表现出良好的重现性,最大偏差为16.7%.该传感器可在其稳定工 作寿命范围内用于废水BOD的测量。
A microbial membrane is made with immobilized Escherichia coli inside a double-layered membrane. A BOD Biosensor is fabricated with this microbial membrane and oxygen electrode. A linear range of the sensor is obtained that is up to 100mg/L BOD using a glucose/glutamic acid standard at 30℃, pH7.2. Its linearity is perfect(r=0. 996) and the response time is 11 minutes. The highest deviation of continuous mea- surements is 16.7%. The sensor shows stability with 15 days without decrease in signal and can be used to measure BOD of waste water.
