摘要
目的观察护肝解毒冲剂(HGCJ)对小鼠的急性毒性和对大鼠180天长期毒性。方法采用小白鼠最大耐受量测定法和长期毒性试验进行研究。结果HGCJ对小鼠灌胃给药的LD50>200克(生药)/kg/次;大鼠长期毒性试验对动物一般行为活动、体重增长、外周血象、肝肾功能和病理组织学检查等与对照组比较未见显著性差异(P>0.05)。结论HGCJ未见明显毒性,在临床长期用药是安全的。
Objective： To observe the acute and long- term toxicity of HGCJ. Method： Maximum tolerence dose was determined on mice. Long- term （180 days） toxicity test was studied on rats. Results： LD50 of HGCJ given orally, was more than 200g（crude drug）/kg, and there was no obvious longterm toxicity in general conditions, peripheral blood picture, function of liver and kidney, and pathological histology in rats. Conclusion： No evident toxicity was found. Its clinical use is safe.
