摘要
通过液相分散法使用聚乙烯吡咯烷酮(PVP)、二烷基二硫代磷酸吡啶盐(PyDDP)为修饰剂成功制备了MoS2纳米微粒.用透射电镜(TEM)对MoS2纳米微粒的形貌进行了表征.结果表明:MoS2纳米微粒平均粒径约为100 nm.利用四球试验机表征了MoS2纳米微粒作为润滑油添加剂的摩擦学性能.摩擦磨损试验结果表明:MoS2纳米微粒具有良好的减摩抗磨性能.
The solution dispersion method has been successfully used to prepare MoS2 nanoparticles modified by PyDDP in a water-ethanol mixed solution. The size of the prepared MoS2 nanoparticles were characterized by means of the transmission electron microscopy(TEM). The TEM investigation revealed that the average particle diameter of the prepared MoS2 nanoparticles was about 100nm. Their tribologiy behavior was evaluated with a four-ball tester. The tribology results showed that the prepared MoS2 nanoparticles is an oil addition exhibited good friction-reduction and antiwear properties.
