Discussion of Data Bank Applications to PDM in Chemical Industries

数据仓库(DW)技术是综合利用关系复杂的海量数据的有效手段。把数据仓库技术应用到产品数据管理(PDM)中来,可以增强PDM的决策支持功能,使海量数据变得更有价值。本文以某一化工厂基于数据仓库PDM系统建设为背景,结合当前PDM技术发展趋势和企业的实际需求,探讨了连续型化工行业PDM系统数据仓库的设计方案及应用。

Data warehouse technology is an effective method to use a large amount of data with the complex correlation. This paper proposed the necessity of adopting data warehouse technology in PDM for process industry. The application increases decision efficiency of decision support, which can make a large amount of data have more value. This paper based on a going PDM project of a chemical plant, combining development of the PDM technology with actual need of enterprises,made a research and a scheme application of PDM to chemical industries in continuous production.
