On the basis of demonstrating the significance and characteristic of the person＇ s relation in the institutions of higher education in harmonious society, the paper put forward the object about how to set up harmonious person＇ s relation in the institutions of higher education. The object would help to push on some work in the institutions of higher education and exert it＇s society functions.
