This essay investigates the whole system of the train of the thought on personal training of higher vocational education from the training end of the higher vocational students, course offered, capability of practice, and so forth. It makes a conclusion that everyone can become a useful person who has been trained in the proper way after demonstrating on how to distinguish higher vocational education from regular higher education.
