从中学到大学是人的一生中非常重要的转折阶段,明确的人生目标、尽快实现的角色转变是圆满完成学业的保证。作为高校的学生工作者有责任、有义务帮助新生克服在学习、生活、交友、心理等方面的问题,尽快确立新的人生目标,确保他们健康成长、成才。

The college period is a very important period for a college student to develope his characteristics. In this period, there are 2 facters for him to fulfil his college courses： the life goal establishment and the role changing. As a teacher, we have the duty to help the students to establish their life goal and to grow up healthily.
