多孔壳聚糖膜的渗透性及其对Cd(Ⅱ)离子的吸附性能研究 被引量:5

摘要 以邻苯二甲酸二丁酯为致孔剂,制备了一系列多孔壳聚糖膜,SEM研究了各膜的表面及断面结构,FTIR分析了其组成,测定其对小分子物质的渗透性及对Cd(Ⅱ)离子吸附性,探讨了Cd(Ⅱ)离子的浓度、吸附时间、体系pH值、温度等因素对吸附的影响,同时考察了膜再生的方法.结果表明:该多孔壳聚糖膜具有孔隙率高、孔分布均匀、比表面积较大、对小分子物质有强渗透性、不流失、易再生等特点,而且当pH在6.0~7.3范围内,对Cd(Ⅱ)离子的吸附性能较好. Porous chitosan membranes were prepared with different amount of dibutyl phthalate as porogen and characterized by FTIR and SEM. The permeability of small molecule substance and Cd(Ⅱ) ion adsorption properties of porous chitosan membranes were measured respectively. The effects of Cd(Ⅱ) ion concentration, adsorbing time, system pH value and temperature on the adsorption were investigated. The regeneration method of the porous chitosan membrane was also studied. The results show that the porous chitosan membrane has high porosity, the uniform-distributed pores, large specific surface area, good permeability of small molecule substance, good kinetic properties-uneasily running off and being regenerated easily as well as the ability to absorb Cd(Ⅱ) ion. For the porous chitosan membrane, the optimum pH value of adsorption Cd(Ⅱ) ion is 6.0-8.0.
