摘要
以非灭菌土壤为生长基质,采用盆栽实验,研究了不同施N水平下接种丛枝根菌(AM)真菌摩西球囊霉(Glomus mosseae)对白术幼苗化学成分和生物产量的影响.结果表明,不同施N水平对AM真菌的接种效果有显著影响,接种AM真菌提高了白术根系菌根侵染率、叶片可溶性蛋白和可溶性糖含量及保护酶活性,增加了根系全N含量和植株总干重.土壤施N量为0.15~0.3 g/kg时AM真菌接种效果较好.
The effects of AM fungi on chemical composition and growth amount of Atractylodes macrocephala Koidz seedling inoculated Glomus mosseae by pot culture on different N levels in unsterilized soil were investigated. The results showed that application amount of N significantly influenced inoculation effect of AM fungi. After inoculation mycorrhizal infection rate was promoted, and the contents of total soluble sugar soluble protein in the leaves and the active of the protective enzymes were increased as well as the content of N in roots and the dry weight of the plants. Application amount of N 0.15-0.3 g per kg soil were the best.
