内燃机车胀接式散热器拉脱疲劳试验及分析

摘要 针对目前机车散热单节一般采用钎焊将扁管两端与管板连接起来的方式所存在的容易裂漏及可靠性低的缺点,对将管板连接方式改为胀接机械式连接的方法进行了拉脱及疲劳试验分析.拉脱和疲劳试验考核表明,改为胀接式后,提高了散热单节的可靠性. Up to now most radiators used in diesel locomotive is manufactured by welding process, especially for seal of tube sheet and tube. However, such manufacturing process will certainly provide a larger number of points at Which leakage may occur,and hence the reliability of radiator is very low. In this paper, experimental analysis of reliability of expanding tube seal for radiator used in diesel locomotive is carried out. The experiment results show that using expanding process, the reliability of radiator is increased greatly.
