摘要
以16位SPCE061A单片机为核心,配以精密的V/I变换电路XTR110和大功率VMOS管,设计制作了一种数控直流电流源.为满足数控直流电流源大电流、大功率输出的要求,所用24V供电电源采取了扩流措施;软件采用C语言编写,应用模块化设计思想,使用软件狗技术使程序可靠运行.所设计的数控直流电流源不仅量程可选、输出可调、步进精确、纹波电流极小,而且可将输出电流预置值、实测值及当前量程档在LCD上同时显示,另外本系统还具有语音播报及微打功能.
Based on a 16 bit single chip computer SPCE061A,a novel digital controlled direct current source (DCDCS) with high accuracy is designed and fabricated using high precise V/I transfer circuit XTR110 and power VMOS transistor in this paper. In order to output high current and high power, an approach to increase the driving ability of 24V power supply has been used in this equipment. The program of DCDCS is written by C language and designed as different functional blocks. A watchdog has been applied to improve the operational reliability of this program. The new DCDCS not only has different measurement ranges, adjustable output current, exact step and very small current waviness, but also has the ability to replay the current magnitude preset and measuring results by LCD, to report in Chinese and to print if necessary.
