厦门口岸入境交通工具和集装箱携带鼠类情况分析

Situaion Analysis of Entry Traffic Vehicles and Containers Carrying Rats at Xiamen Port

[目的]预防鼠类通过交通工具输入我国,防止鼠传疾病的传播。[方法]通过检疫查验和卫生处理 掌握入境交通工具、集装箱、货物、邮包和行李携带鼠类的情况。与口岸鼠类本底调查的情况进行比较,了解有无 新种入侵,并通过实验室检验判定鼠类的染疫情况。[结果]厦门口岸在2003-2004年检验检疫中发生8起鼠类 入侵事件,其分别来自于美国、德国、西班牙、泰国和香港地区,均为本口岸鼠类本底记录过的种类,鼠疫血清学检 验阴性。[结论]依法加强对入境交通工具及集装箱的检疫查验和卫生监督,实施必要和有效卫生处理,是防御 鼠传疾病入侵的最佳措施。

Objective To study the quarantine measures and response strategies against the plague invasion at Xiamen port.Methods The rats infestation situation in entry vehicles, containers, cargoes, parcel posts, and luggages were be found by quarantine inspection and sanitary treatment, which was then compared with the local one based on long - term surveillance, to determine ff there were invasions of new species. Laboratory detection of plague was also carried out. Results Eight events of rat invasion have been witnessed at this port, which are respectively originated from U. S. A., Germany, Spain, Thailand, and Hong Kong SAR. The trapped rats have been registered in local rat species spedtrum, with the results of plague serological detection all negative. Conclusions The best quarantine measure to prevent import plague from spreading is to legally enhance quarantine inspection and sanitary supervision at frontier ports,and to implement necessary and effective sanitary treatment.
