素质教育的核心是培养学生的综合能力和创新能力,而正确的教育教学评估机制是促进素 质教育成功的关键。在中学教学实践中,我们采取了“三参与”“综合衡量”“全面发展加特长”的评 估方法,达到了不错的效果。

The core of quality-based education is to cultivate students＇ integrated and original capabilities. A proper education and teaching evaluation system is the key leading quality-based education to success. In middle school teaching, we carry out an evaluation system called＂ three participations＂, ＂integrated judgment＂, ＂all-round development plus speciality＂, and get a very good result.
