摘要
阐述厌氧折板流反应器(ABR)处理抗生素废水的启动过程。结果表明,保持较低有机负荷以及足够的水力停留时间(HRT)是反应器成功启动的关键。试验过程中,保证足够的水力停留时间 (HRT=60h),运行70d后能实现ABR反应器的稳定运行。反应器中VFA沿程浓度的变化表明,在反应器中存在产酸相和产甲烷相的分离。
This paper describes the start-up of anaerobic baffled reactor in the treatment of antibiotic production wastewater. It concludes that low organic loading and enough hydraulic retention time(HRT) are the keys to the the start-up of ABR. During the experiment, given enough HRT(HRT=60h), ABR was successfully start-up in 70 days. The varieties of VFA along the reactor makes it clear that the acidogenic and methanogenic are separated in the ABR.
