摘要
在房产交易的过程中,存在诸多私房、公房等历史问题,因而在复杂的房产交易市场中如何利用法律手段来保护自己应得的权益,便显得尤为重要;承租人的优先购买权与广大住户密切相关,根据相关的法律条文,在同等价格的条件下,承租人应享有优先购买权。
In the process of house property transaction are lots of historical quarrels about private or national houses, so it is especially important how to protect the proper rights and interests according to the laws in the market of house property transaction. A tenant's first priority for purchasing has a direct bearing on many householders. On the basis of the proper law, a tenant should have the top priority for purchasing at the same price.
