The development of small and medium-sized enterprise plays an extremely important role for the stability and sustained development of economy in our country. Financial lease is more suitable for the development of small and mediumsized enterprise because it has more superiorities than any other financing ways. It relieves the asymmetric information maximally, realizes the renovation of equipment timely, and accelerates the development of manufacturing industry, promoting the industry upgrade and technological improvement of small and medium-sized enterprise. It also enhances the use efficiency of small and medium-sized enterprise＇ s fund in the finance. What＇s more, it does not require a high enterprise credit and guarantee, and its procedure is simple, having good time effectiveness. So it is a reasonable choice to solve the financing difficulty of our country＇ s small and medium-sized enterprise.
