黄河科技学院作为全国第一所建立党委的民办高校,十分重视党的建设。坚持把领导班子建设摆在党建工作的首位;坚持不断壮大党员队伍,增强党的活力;坚持把思想政治工作贯穿到教学和其他工作的全过程;建立思想政治工作以党建为核心、党政群齐抓共管的机制;坚持以思想道德为核心的精神文明建设常抓不懈;坚持弘扬“开拓、拼搏、实干、奉献”的黄科大精神。

As the first civilian-run university that builds Party Committee,Huanghe S＆T pays much attention to Party building work. It persists in putting this work in the first position in leading group ,constantly expanding Party member staff,so as to increase the Party＇s strength;and putting the ideological and political work through the whole course of teaching and other works. It still builds ideological and political work with Party building work as the core and adheres to always building spiritual civilization with the ideological virtue as the core,as well as adheres to developing the university spirit ＂open up ,struggle hard ,do solid work ,contribute＂.
