贫富分化是构建和谐社会必须破解的难题

Polarization of the Rich and the Poor is the Difficult Problem That Must be Solved for the Construction of Harmonious Society

我国贫富分化已经相当严重,势必影响构建和谐社会。出现这个问题的主要原因,是对市场经济产生的负面影响没能有效控制,片面强调效率,造成分配不公。特别是国企改革,使大批职工下岗失业,沦为新的城市贫民;少数民营企业老板或国企高管层借改革之机一夜暴富,充分说明改革的政策导向是至关重要的。要高度重视社会公平和社会和谐,必须把消除贫富分化、实现共同富裕作为深化改革、发展经济的根本目标。

The polarization of the rich and the poor in our country has been quite serious ,which surely effects the construction of harmonious society. The main course that gives rise to this question lies in that the negative influence on the market economy isn＇t effectively controlled, the efficiency is unilaterally stressed,which results in the unfair distribution. The reform of state-run enterprise makes many staff and workers unemployed and reduced to poverty,a few bosses of civilian-run enterprises and upper administra- tive managers of the state-run enterprises suddenly get rich. All this shows the policy direction of the reform is very important. It is very important to pay much attention to social fairness and harmony ,remove the polarization between the rich and the poor,and to take realizing common prosperity as the fundamental purpose for the development of economy.
