摘要
在采用气相或液相色谱进行农药残留分析时,基质效应会严重影响对某些待测物的准确定量与定性,对基质效应进行考察评估并采取有效措施进行消除或补偿,是进行农药残留分析方法开发及验证过程中不可或缺的一个重要环节。通过总结相关文献,并结合自身的研究工作,综述了农药残留分析中基质效应的定义、类型、产生原因及影响因素,重点对基质效应的补偿与校正措施进行了阐述。
Accurate quantification and identification of certain analytes can be seriously affected by matrix-induced effects that commonly encountered in the gas or liquid chromatographic analysis of pesticide residue in products. Assessment and effectively elimination of matrix effects should be a requisite part of the development and validation of analytical methods in pesticide residue analysis. Based on our research and recent publications, the research progresses of matrix effects were reviewed, including the concept, type, origin and influencing factors, with emphasis on the strategies for compensation and correction of matrix effects.
