针对轧钢厂冷轧废水处理工艺中,传统酸碱废水处理系统不能有效地控制来自镀锌清洗段的含油酸碱废水的含油量和COD值的冷轧废水处理难题,通过对系统设备的改进、化学药剂的甄选和实行过程监控管理等方案,稳定控制酸碱废水处理系统中含油量≤5 mg/L,COD≤100 mg/L,可以达到国家排放要求﹒
This text directs against the wastewater treatment craft in the steel rolling mill.Wastewater treatment is one of the difficulties in steel cold rolling process.The waste water containing oil and alkali in galvanizing wash section are processed out of acid-alkali wastewater treatment system.By means of improving the traditional process ,choosing right flocculent and executing the course controlling and managing information system,it is much better to resolve the supernormal amount COD and Oil in the sewage. Oil≤5 mg/L, COD≤100 mg/L and up to the national discharging standard. There is important reference value in improving the wastewater treatment level of trade of steel of our country in this achievement.
