摘要 采用乙二胺和月桂酸为原料,合成N-月桂酰基乙二胺(中间体A),A与一氯乙酸反应得产物N-月桂酰基乙二胺三乙酸(终产物B),通过红外光谱(IR)对合成的中间体N-月桂酰基乙二胺(A)及产物N-月桂酰基乙二胺三乙酸(B)进行结构表征.讨论了反应条件对产率的影响,合成中间体最佳条件为温度110℃左右,反应时间约3 h,n乙二胺∶n月桂酸=4∶1.终产物的合成条件为温度80℃,反应时间约0.5 h,n氯乙酸∶n中间体=6∶1. Lauric acid reacted with ethylenediamine to form intermediate N- lauryl- ethylenediamine A, Then, A reacted with ehloroacetic acid to produce N-lauryl-ethylenediamine-triacetic B. The structures of A and B were characterized by IR. The influence of the reacting conditions was discussed. The optimum reacting conditions were that with toluene as solvents, for the intermediate , chloroacetic acid reacted with ethylenediamine in mole ratio of 4 : 1 at 110 ℃ for 3h and n chloroacetic acid: n intermediate=6 : 1 at 80 ℃ 0.5 h for final product.
