目前我国国内英语教学仍主要以传授语言知识为主,导致教学效率低下。其原因归纳起来不外在教材方面和教法方面,具体表现为体制固性、思维惯性以及相关部门的利益驱动所致,3P英语阅读教学模式则强调在阅读教学中尊重学生个人的兴趣,强调教学内容应该和社会现实生活合拍,从而真正地实现“以学生为本”的教学理念。

In today＇s China, the teaching of the reading comprehension of English is inefficient as results of the textbooks, the teaching methodology and the relevant institutional rigidity in China. In order to solve this problem, a teaching model of English comprehension, 3P Model, is initiated, which emphasizes focusing on the students＇ individual interests to improve the efficiency of their reading competence.
