摘要
定义新的原子点价(gi)并建构生物降解性连接指数(mM).其中的①M、1M与取代苯甲酸的生物降解速度常数(lgk)具有良好的相关性-lgk=-0.7832+0.26370M-0.07161M,R2=0.9889,计算值与实验值基本吻合.
A novel point valence(gi) of atom i is defined, and a connectivity index(^mM) of biodegradability are given in this paper. A satisfactory equation between ^0M, ^1M and the first order biodegradation dynamic contant (1g k) of substituted benzoic acids is established as -1g k=-0. 783 2 + 0. 263 7 ^0M-0. 071 6 ^1M,R^2 =0. 988 9. The estimated values by the model basically tally with the experiment values.
