摘要
报道以十六烷基三甲基溴化铵(HTMAB)为催化剂,芳亚甲基丙二腈与1-萘酚为原料于水中发生加成、环化反应生成2-氨基-3-氰基-4-芳基苯并[h]吡喃.产物的结构通过元素分析、红外光谱和核磁共振氢谱确证.该方法具有操作简单、产率高、环境友好的优点.
A series of 2-amino-3-cyano-4-arylbenzo[h]pyrans were synthesized by the reaction of arylmethlene malononitrile with 1-naphthol in the presence of hexadecyl trimethyl ammonium bromide (HTMAB) in water. The structures of all products obtained were characterized by elemental analysis, IR and ^1HNMR. Compared to the previous methods, this new method has the advantage of high yields, inexpensive medium and friendliness environmentally.
