摘要
以芳亚甲基氰乙酸酯和达米酮为原料,以醋酸铵为催化剂在乙酸中反应,合成了一系列的9-芳基多氢吖啶衍生物,并通过IR,1HNMR证实其结构.
A series of 9-arylpolyhydroacridine derivatives have been synthesized by reaction of arylmethylidenecyanoacetate with dimedone in HOAc in the presence of ammonium acetate,and the structures were characterized by IR,and ^1HNMR.
