腰椎置管短期反复脑脊液不等量置换及应用尿激酶治疗外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血

目的探讨腰椎置管短期反复脑脊液不等量置换和应用尿激酶在外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血中的作用。方法对40例tSAH病人实施脑脊液不等量置换和应用尿激酶治疗,并与对照组进行比较。结果治疗组头痛等症状明显减轻至消失,迟发性脑血管痉挛(DCVS)发生率明显降低。与对照组比较差异有显著性(P<0.05)。结论腰椎置管短期反复脑脊液不等量置换和应用尿激酶在外伤性蛛网膜下腔出血安全、有效。

[Objective] To investigate the effect of different quantity cerebrospinal fluid exchange and intraspinal repeated injection of urokinase on the traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage in short period. [Methods] 40 patients with SAH were given different quantity cerebrospinal fluid exchange and repeated injection of urokinase. Meanwhile, to conpare with the control group. [Results] In treament group, symptoms were relieved, the incidence of DCVS was decreased. [Conclusions] Different quantity cerebrospinal fluid exchange and intraspinal repeated injection of urokinase were safe and effective in the treament of traumatic subarachnoid hemorrhage.
