应用宫腔镜探讨习惯性流产子宫解剖异常

Study on anatomical cacogenesis of uterus in patients with habitual abortion by hysteroscopy

目的应用宫腔镜探讨习惯性流产与子宫解剖学结构异常之间的关系。方法采用德国产Wolf全景式宫腔镜及相关手术器械,对34例习惯性流产患者进行宫腔镜检查。结果发现有子宫解剖异常者12例,其中单角子宫2例;黏膜下肌瘤3例;宫颈功能不全2例;子宫纵隔1例;创伤性宫腔粘连及内膜纤维化4例。结论宫腔镜是寻找习惯性流产病因的重要手段之一,子宫解剖异常是习惯性流产的常见病因,尤其是创伤性宫腔粘连及内膜纤维化值得重视。

[Objective] To study the relationship between habitual abortion and anatomical cacogenesis of uterus. [Method] 34 cases of patient with habitual abortion were examinated by panoramic hysteroscope （Wolf, made in Germany ） and corresponding operation instruments. [Results] To find out 12 cases anatomical cacogenesis of uterus in 34 cases patients with habitual abortion, uterus unicomis was 2 cases; submucosal myoma was 3 cases; incompetent cervix was 2 cases; mediasfinal uterus 1 case; intrauterine adhesion and infimal fibrosis was 4 cases. [Conclusions] Hysteroscope was one of important method looked for cause of habitual abortion, anatomical cacogenesis of uterus were usually cause, special attention to be intrauterine adhesion and infimal fibrosis.
